Five Point Training was founded by Colin Davis to give as many people as possible access to strength training. We believe that strength training is for everybody in every body. Health isn’t about how you look, it’s about what your body can do. We want people to get the most out of their bodies and to use the gym to support a fulfilling, active life outside of the gym. Strength is for everyone and we want you to feel strong, capable, and empowered through your training.
